Weekly Highlights
What a busy and exciting week we've had! Here's a glimpse into some of the activities and learning happening across the school:
Whole School Assembly: We explored the question "How can we raise awareness of important issues?" Together, we learned how even small actions can make a big impact—what a powerful message for our school community!
Christmas Play Preparations: Parts for our upcoming production of "Ralph the Reindeer" have been allocated, and rehearsals are underway. The children are diving into the script and learning the songs—it's already shaping up to be a fantastic show!
Acorn Class Fun in PE: Our youngest learners had a great time this week using the apparatus in PE, building their skills and confidence.
Oak Class Debates: In English, Oak Class has begun the collecting phase of our unit on debate. The discussions and ideas are already sparking lively conversation!
Year 6 Maths Challenge: Year 6 have been hard at work using matchsticks to explore algebra and linear number sequences. It's been wonderful to see their problem-solving skills in action!
Christmas Fair Reminder: Don't forget the Christmas Fair at Tunley Church tomorrow from 11:00 to 13:00. It’s always a festive highlight, and we’d love to see as many of you there as possible!
Thank you to everyone for making this another wonderful week. Have a lovely weekend!
